Part of our Community Classes Series, visual artist Helen Quinn will lead a FREE Two-Part Design and Air Dry Clay Building Workshop for adults and anybody ages 10+

Participants will first be asked to draw a coat of arms that represents themselves, their family, their culture. We will then form the emblems out of self drying clay using shield-shaped cookie cutters and rolling pins. Once the clay has dried fully, the students will paint their crests and attach a wire/string for hanging.

La artista visual, Helen Quinn, va a estar dando un taller de dos partes (gratuito!) de diseño y creacion en arcilla fria. Participantes de edades de 10 en adelante van a poder crear y diseñar un escudo de armas que los represente a ellos, su familia y su cultura. Luego crearan ese diseño en arcilla fria para pintarla y guindarla con orgullo en su hogar.
