Ease into summer with our relaxed Monday figure drawing nights, now with a seasonal twist. This summer series mixes indoor poses with a few plein air setups for fresh light and atmosphere. A laid-back model, easygoing crowd, and short and long gestures that capture summer vibes. Lowered rates make it simple to join regularly and keep your practice playful all season long.

Damaris will be teaching you the origins of people wanting to capture images via cyanotype. You will learn how to compose a piece, how to properly develop it and then process it for your final piece. You will get to play with three different options and experiment between takes. We will then introduce different ways of intervening and manipulating your cyanotypes for a mixed media art piece.

Damaris will be leading a series of photo and print-based workshops in the summer.

this workshop has all materials included, just show up and bring any treasures you’d like to capture in the sunlight.

Learn the basics of crochet! Practice and graduate to making the pattern of your choice! You’ll leave knowing how to pick your crochet needle, what gauge is, & how to make chains. After you’ve gotten the hand of it, we’ll guide you in picking a project to work on. Every time you come in, continue working on your project in a guided instructed environment.

This is an intergenerational biweekly crochet lesson that adapts to wherever you are in your learning process. Whether you have never held a crochet needle before or want to get some help in getting the right knot for your project.
